海苔五香雞肉鬆 Five spiced dried minced chicken
材料Ingredients:- 500g 雞肉 Minced chicken(It's very good to use cooked chicken minced from super chicken soup)
- 10ml 雞油或蔬菜油 Chicken fat or cooking oil
- 數片海苔 Few pieces of Nori or dried laver
- 5g 白芝麻Sesame seed
- 20ml 醬油 Soy sauce
- 30g 糖 Sugar
- 5g 五香粉 Five spiced powder
- 2 八角 Star anise
做法Method:
- 雞肉條敲碎 Break cooked chicken into minced chicken by a hammer
- 開小火,平底鍋內依序放入油&雞肉碎末&醬油&八角&五香粉&糖,約炒40分鐘 Put the oil, chicked minced, soy sauce, star anise, five spiced powder and sugar in fry pan with low heat,stir it carefully for approx. 40 minutes
- 等雞肉鬆上色並變乾後,加入白芝麻,再炒約10分鐘 When chicken mince are dried enough, add sesame seed and stir approx. 10 minutes
- 將平底鍋移開火爐待涼,加入海苔片 Turn off the heat and leave it cold, then add nori pieces
- 冷藏 ,於一個月內食用完畢 Store in the air tight container and put into fridge,use by date: under one month
附註PS:
- 若雞肉鬆受潮後,可微波10秒使之乾燥 Mocrowave it if wet.
- 給寶寶吃的雞肉鬆,可以酌量減少調味品的使用For baby,reducing seasoning.
